Working on cars and various machinery was always a hobby throughout my 30 year Military career. Upon retirement, I decided to pursue a career as an Automotive Technician. I earned my AAS in Automotive Technology from Harrisburg Area Community College and gained employment as a PA state inspection mechanic, working on cars and light trucks
Working on cars and various machinery was always a hobby throughout my 30 year Military career. Upon retirement, I decided to pursue a career as an Automotive Technician. I earned my AAS in Automotive Technology from Harrisburg Area Community College and gained employment as a PA state inspection mechanic, working on cars and light trucks, picking up my ASE certifications along the way.
Within two years in the automotive field, I lost my passion for my hobby turned career and chose to return to being a retired veteran.
I was soon approached by a friend whose mower needed repairs and asked if I could fix it, which I did.
Well......word got around about a guy who fixed equipment at reasonable rates. One day it clicked that I could do this as a business. Going strong and growing after 6 years!
I feel fortunate to be able to work for myself and enjoy what I'm doing as I provide a much needed service to my community.
